    So **** you then

71 Ali sat on his punches more.
He had a great chin, and also would still prob slip most of Sunny's punches.

Liston only looked great against smaller men with glass jaws.

The 2 fights he had with Ali showed he was a coward when faced with adversity!

In the first: using the liniment--and not the only time.
In the 2nd: coulda got right back up from the flash KD, but was gutless.

Liston in his real prime would've been more competitive, sharper, and had better stamina.

Ali in 71 was a little past it. He wasn't as fast and didn't have the movement. if he "sat on his punches" more then it didn't show. The reason he was able to hurt Liston was because of his sharpness and speed, not the power.

I don't call any boxer a coward. That's clearly you just being an idiot. If Liston was a coward he wouldn't have gone in the ring AT ALL. He would've just quit when Williams, Folley, Machen, and Floyd hit him with their best shots. I guess going by this logic, you're an even bigger coward then Liston.

The liniment? that was his corner's doing.
The second? Completely irrelivent to this actually match, seeing as Liston was in his late 30s and past it.

    What a supertard u r.
!. Acting like Liston didn't know about and approve the liniment.
    2. Then the 2 fights with Ali were 15 months apart--not like 5 years.

And they say Liston trained much harder and was in better shape.
Lotta good it did him. And officially may have been as young as 33 or as old as 37--it's not known.

Asswipe, his cowardice is there for all to see. He clearly could have gotten up in the 2nd fight.

And I don't believe there is any evidence that he had a shoulder problem in the first fight. You could see him throwing his left in the last Rd without problems. Just quit on his stool.

A total coward when faced with adversity in the ring.
And you don't know me, so stop acting like you do, *******.
You are an intenet coward acting tuff online.

Look at you slinging insults. Calm down buddy. You're accomplishing absolutely nothing here.
You don't know that Liston approved the liniment or not.
Liston was pretty much past prime in both matches.

You don't know what went through his mind in the second fight, whether it was fixed by the mafia, took a dive, etc. So to call him a coward, when you've never boxed professionally, is just pure bull****. You've probably never even been in a fight before.

So you've never seen the eddie machen or cleveland william fights, then? because he was met with adversity there; and look what happened. you just don't know what you're talking about. The whole "bully" thing is bull**** about Liston, a complete myth.

How am i an internet tough guy when you are busy calling Liston a coward and slinging insults? Grow up.

Done with you. U r prob a 12 year old.

ASSuming things about me, like I wrote, without a clue. Not worthy of a reply about me.

And Machen has told the world that he was doing fine vs Liston, until he was blinded. U don't know anything about anything.

SO ur a total ignoramus about everything.
Putting u where u belong. :hi:
And asswipe you first started slinging insults, not me. U can't take it when it comes back.

Liston didnt train hard for the second fight after it was postponed. He had trained well but let it lapse once Ali had his hernia operation
