Would a prime, undefeated cooney have stopped the Liston of Miami?

Once again the pompous Perry has spoken. Cooney had a good straight right and a good jab..... I suggest you watch him instead of reading a Nat Fleischer protege description. When you get into a ring let's us know so we can take you serious. Most right handers have serious torque in their left hook if they throw it right instead of slapping or arm punching Cooney and Frazier both through it beautifully with feet, hips and body into it Cooney threw it harder he was bigger by a good deal. Cooney had great leverage when throwing he rocked Foreman with it and wasn't even set very well.... He hit him with the hook as he comes in before setting down.

 

I'm from NY Rich. I watched Cooney from his amateur days. Watched all his pro bouts. I know Cooney.....you do not.
