Would Ali Have Promised A Rematch and then Ducked It?

    I was just thinking, would Muhammad Ali promise someone a rematch, a fight that the boxing world was clamoring for, and then duck it?

    What do you guys think "the greatest" would have done?

    A rematch was asked by public opinion and would have been interesting, though.

    Anything can be twisted to downgrade a fighter.

    No version of Lewis would ever have lost to Spinks or got lucky vs Norton.
    As for what Lewis would have done to the Frazier Ali faced, see what Foreman did for details.
