No, just as I didn't rate May's victory over JMM. It just wouldn't mean anything. JMM isn't close to being a great lightweight. At 140, 145, 147 (whatever weight he'd have to fight Pac), he'd just be another name without the quality to make it a meaningful win. Beating Jan Zaveck at welter would be a better win.
