I seem to remember a GGG interview where he said having big forearms are how he hits so hard. I am in work at the moment but I will try and find it when I am home

Bit of pushback? That's cool, but, listen, I once met Tua on my daddy's farm. I was seriously concerned that he was engaging in animal cruelty. I was like "David, I don't want to anger you because you can obviously clean my clock right off, but, I don't think this is right, man." and he was like "What's up?" and I was like "You're gonna like break its back." and we were both confused. I thought he was riding one of daddy's chickens. But it turns out, those were just his legs, man. No meat on them bones, hoss.

Complex thread with no short answer. You can name multiple factors influencing punching power:
    1) Body rotation.
    2) Weight transfer.
    3) How efficiently kinetic energy moves through your body.
    4) How efficiently you transfer the energy to the target (snap and the likes.)
    5) Bones matter a lot.
    6) Explosiveness.
    7) Your stance and balance (very complex topic.)

    Etc. Etc.

Would big legs have added to Bob Fitzsimmons, Bob Foster or Tommy Hearns power? No. The power comes chiefly form the shoulders and all three men had big ones.

What Tommy Hearns needed was stamina, he tended to run out of gas as the fights were progressing into the championship rounds against fighters that were taking his right hand, and returning their power. Many fighters had poultry type legs but they were big bangers. Two things failed Tommy, as I posted, stamina and a chin made of glass.

Thanks. What does the top 'C' mean? Does it stand for something? I am a small business owner, most of my life, currently in MLM, but I used to have a restaurant named "Miso Who'er Knee" and David used to come in after our initial misunderstanding and I used to say "Hey, David, please, eat something. Put some meat on your bones. Please. This is ridiculous. You need to fight grown men, man. GROWN MEN." Anyway, it's just something I don't understand. He'd get, like, the spinach and tofu vinaigrette with the orange peel buckangel spice. It's good. I stand by it. But it's not exactly the cure for anorexia. At least get some of the cashew cheese dipping sauce and wrap it in the chickpea wraps and dip it in there.
