Would Buster Douglas make for a good HBO boxing analyst/commentator?

    Floyd, Hopkins, Roy, or any well-schooled boxer would be an excellent choice.

    They need to bring in some new blood. Roy lost his marbles a while ago. Hopkins is ok but hes already doing the espn thing.

    The spot should go to a trainer. Fighters too frequently can't talk or are brain-damaged. At least with Steward you get some actual insight.

    Roy was good, although I'm afraid he is too far gone now.

    Brother Nazim would be a good choice, and so would Eddie Mustafa Muhammad. Roach is too slow with his words, and it would be nice to have a black or latino announcer to go with Papa and Max.

    Tarver is good on Showtime..shows that fighters can be concise and articulate..

    I just saw an thinh on ESPN this year. He's got real estate. He's not filthy rich but he's fine.

    He can still talk. I don't think he was the most articulate speaker to begin with.
