Would Cacace have beaten Ford last night?

    Thought Ford looked very good in spells but also allowed Nova into the fight quite a bit. Not a performance the champs will lose sleep over.

    I'm guessing now the Cacace fight probably won't happen as Ford will be moving in on a title shot but say they had fought last night, how do you think it would have gone? I'm saying Cacace would have been clipped with some good shots here and there but done enough to outwork him and get a decision.

    Its very hard to tell tbh, i thought Ford looked ok in the fight Saturday but i wasn't overwhelmed by his performance. Cacace is defo on a roll but I think Ford maybe just a bit cuter in his work and may frustrate Cacace into making mistakes

    Cacace is a beast, I think he beats everyone at super featherweight.

    I’m not convinced that Ford is all that great. He struggles against fighters with high volume of punches like Ball and Vasquez, who I thought won their fight. He didn’t look too clever in against Orlando Gonzales neither: didn’t seem to get close enough to him to exert himself properly. I think Cacace beats Ford as he’s unrelenting, tough and has much higher output.
