Would Calz survive being tagged as much against pavlik as he did against kessler?

He wouldnt be able to throw as many punches against Joe. Joe has just as high a workrate, a better chin, and he is much faster than Pavlik. No way he loses to Pavlik man.

Same argument was made for Taylor and look what happened to him. How is a 168 pounder faster than a 160lbs? Maybe Calzaghe is faster, it wont make a difference Pavlik has incredible stamina and if he doesnt KO joe he will be there for all 12 rounds! Pavlik will also make Joe fight going backwards, which wont be ideal for Calzaghe.

JC fights at close quarters and I don't see Pavlik being a ble to land those big shots easily

this is where pavlik will run into trouble. he can't bully calzaghe into the ropes and just unload shots on him, calzaghe is a very strong guy who will not be bullied by pavlik. joe is no taylor or miranda. he actually has a boxing brain and doesn't just get by on his physical attributes.

Whoever compared Taylor to Joe is just crazy. Joe is in a completely different league. Taylor doesn't have his speed, stamina, skills, or chin. How is a 168 pounder faster than a 160 pounder? Have you ever heard of Roy Jones? He was faster at light heavy in his prime than any middleweight at the time.

Joe earned my respect against Lacy but after Saturday night it is obvious that he is a GREAT fighter. I can't see how anyone (who is unbiased) would give Pavlik a real chance to beat him.

Still being a sissy about Joe I see then mate.........:rofl :rofl :rofl
As for all this **** about Pavlik's power.......mmmmmm Lacy had power & looked what happened there , Its all well and good having the power & finishing ability but you got to land those bombs against a bloke who does'tn let you set your feet & has a technique custom made against sluggers like Pav , Another thing is that Taylor had him in all sorts of trouble............If Joe got him in that situation its game over people......!!!!

Oh please dont compare Pavlik to Lacy. Pavlik has reach to get to Calzaghe where Lacy didnt, Pavlik is just all round wayyy better than Lacy, so there no comparison.

Seriously Jose how do you think he'd cope with Calzaghe's movement & handspeed because there's no way Pav's as accurate or has the timing Kessler has , Personally I think Pav gets overworked & stopped on the ropes.....
