Those finer technical points are what take years to drill and master. He'd be a welterweight in boxing. At the age he is now I don't see how he could beat someone who'd been boxing since they were young like Thurman, Porter, Brook, or Khan.
You have awful taste if that had even .0000000000000001% truth from you. Thinking about it, your taste couldn't be any worse considering you think pac, who's the ugliest boxer out there is hot. You must be horrible to look at, very unfortunately
McGregor was hit flush many times by a wrestler who looked like he's 2 weightclasses lower than him. He's good at pressuring pillow fisted grapplers with no footwork, he'd get murdered in boxing with that style, his defense is poor.
He has good timing and a strong puncher at 145 . Great at being able to cut 27 lbs of weight to make 145 and then gain 27 pounds in 24 hours and still be effective against smaller men . When you see him at the pre-fight weigh in and then see him a month or two after a fight he doesn't look like the same person .
People have to realize his power would be massively decreased with boxing gloves. On top of that, he is beating up on much smaller men. I don't think he would be an elite boxer.
People underestimate the huge talent pool of boxing. 90% of top level MMA is a bunch of American mediocre wrestlers and Brazilian BJJ (a hobby sport) fighters who have trained "MMA stand up" (ie. basic boxing with some kicks, knees and elbows) for a few years. There is much more competition in boxing and it's way harder to reach the top.
