Cotto is only 5'7", and at 147 lbs., I'm seeing a slight flab of fat around his belly. Would Cotto be too fat and short to fight at 154 lbs.?

Please vote "yes" or "no" on the poll. :)

    1. Yes he would be too short probably, if there were any world class fighters at 154. But there are not, so at the moment no.

    2. What flab? :huh

he comes in on fight night at 160 pounds so i doubt he would be too small or flabby.

i think he could be a good fighter at light middle. maybe just a skirmish but not a lineal or unified champion

I don't see why he'd go up in weight with all the money being at 147 lbs.

He COULD pull it off but I doubt he'd be anywhere near as successful.

He would probably make a very succesful light middleweight, but there is no need for any weight change right now. 147 is the best division in boxing.

I totally agree that 147 lbs. is where the action, money, and glory is right now. It's just that many fighters later on in their career will try to move up in weight and grab a championship at a different weight division.

I'm a Cotto fan just for the record.
