Would Cotto Have Done Better With Hatton?

hatton will seriously get hurt, he cant overpower cotto, just look at the mosley fight when mosley tried to clinch and move cotto back, cotto effortlessly pushed shane around from the clinch.

 

Cotto would have knocked him out earlier. Too big and strong. First of all Hatton did nothing against Floyd but lean on him and hit his arms. Floyd was in control of Hatton and played him like a fiddle until he felt ready to end it. Hatton is not and never was in Floyd's class.

 

Hatton of old is gone.

He'll never possess upper-end world class fitness again.

 

Mess up his face real bad and end the fight earlier.

 

I Dont Think Hatton Would Sworm After 3 rds. He Would Try To Stay Away From Cotto After He Felt Cottos Power.

 

I don't get how people are saying Cotto would beat him worse than PBF....at all.

Yes I think so, Cotto would have raped Hatton. Whatever is in Cotto's bones isn't pretty and he would have really really busted Hatton up. Floyd was pot shotting Hatton with hard counters to the point where Hatton's equilibrium was shot. Well Cotto wouldn't have pot shotted him, he would have thrown combinations and really hard punches pretty consistently and Hatton would have looked like an alien after that fight was over. Hatton is a beast at 140, he needs to rule that division and let his legacy be measured by what he accomplished down there.

Cotto would CRUSH Hatton at 147. There would be nothing Hatton could do to stop this from happening.

 

The fight wasn't that one sided. I don't know what fight you watched but I have Hatton quite a few rounds. Not only that, Floyd was doing all the cheating/wrestling and somehow Joe Cortez was warning Hatton who was not.
