Would Crawford at 31 have beaten Manny P. from 2015 or 2009?

The speed Manny showed in that round wasn`t faster than Leonard or Floyd`s and he didn`t display more power than a welter Hearns who would have destroyed Manny the same way he destroyed Duran at 154.

+100. Crawford still hasn't fought anyone. Postol, Indongo, Molina, Horn and Benevidez aren't better than Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Mosely etc.

Mosely was really old by the time he fought Floyd and Margarito wasn`t a world class fighter. Clottey didn`t fight at all in the Manny fight, he just stood there with his hands up.

Crawford was getting outboxed and lit up and wobbled by a tiny Gamboa. Why? Gamboa was fast, active, and very awkward. 2009 Pac was fearless, blazing fast, had an iron jaw, and would have overwhelmed Crawford to a TKO victory. Crawford doesn't survive Pac's power.

If you are basic and fundamental in your approach in your style, you're a sitting duck for Crawford. Gamboa was the most skilled guy that Crawford has ever fought.

TCraw's best chance to win would be an old Pac.

Is that the same Bud now? Talk about the 31 year old you know the guy that beat the brakes off Horn the guy that beat who? Remember all of this is just opinions.

Maybe true but the combination of speed and power is breathtaking.

Well, Bud hasn't fought an awkward speedster since Gamboa and he'd be coming up against a certified ATG at the peak of his career that had Mayweather running outside of the ring.

    Yeah, Manny by KO.

You think Horn survives 2009 Manny beyond the 6th round?

    :deal:

Again opinion, didn’t prime Pac-Man lose? One more question is Bud better than Tim?

Honestly no idea . I reckon most people would favor Paq but in that division it really depends on the night . Crawford is currently in the elite , while Paq is a tried and tested boxer , hard to tell right now .

Pac's physical prime was was in the lower weights, but we know he was a raw product. From David Diaz through to Margarito, he was the most complete version and fighter of himself. Margarito beat the stuffing out of Pac and took his prime—that's Pac giving up 17 pounds to a high workrate iron-chinned warrior. So no, the best version of Pac (the true prime) never lost, but he lost something in the Margarito fight.

Hard to say. Tim pretty much cleaned out a division (except for Khan) and he outboxed a professor of boxing in JMM—was who was on roids.
