Probably not! Boxing needs to get it together. Stop with this $75.00 charge for fights that used to be shown on Teusday night fights on a regular basis. For $75.00, I want to see Canelo/G rematch, with an undercard that has Kovalev/Bivol, Spence/Crawford and Loma/Tank on it. Now that's a fight card worth paying good money for.
Think 600k is the upper limit for a $75 ppv (which will certainly be the price) And that would be a huge success.
I dont know. What is the American buzz for it? Id expect it to me massive its a hell of a fight but im over the other side of the pond. I would pay PPV and stay up all night for this one its one of the biggest fights to be made in the sport as far as im concerned, i want this nearly as much as i want AJ v DuckWilder. But does anything not involving Floyd do over a million over there these days?
500 to 600k (one of those thousands would be me). Neither is a huge name and it doesn't do anything to excite the Mexican fanbase, who often are the driving force of ppv.
Absolutely not, I say it hovers between 350-450 thousand purchases, There's only one guy who could potentially touch a million and he's out of the PPV realm. (I'm of course not counting a Floyd/Manny rematch which I hope never happens)
