Would everyone had lost against the Buster Douglas from the Tyson fight?

It wasn't a condom it was a plastic glove. Another myth exposed. Tyson just got beat by a fighter who was better than him on that night and as we saw in the future a stylistic nightmare for him. Tyson's best wins are Spinks and Holmes. His resume is pretty weak.

It was his physical peak but not his mental peak. Mikes deterioration as a fighter had nothing to do with him physically it was all mental.

You take issue because you don't want to believe that Tyson was a bully?

He was the biggest bully there was in the 90's both in and outside the ring. He bullied men in night clubs who looked at him the wrong way and forced himself on to women because he believed they were his property. The man had an array of assault charges next to his name (too long to list in fact) and you want to pretend this man was a misunderstood angel!

No he never officially quit, , he had too much pride for that. However he would lose heart and stop fighting. He'd merely stride forward to submissively take his beating like a good boy. You saw it against Lewis and you only have to look at the Holyfield 1 and 2 to see it once again. He would look for a way out if things did not pan out his way.

He relied heavily on intimidation and bullying, from the beginning to the end of his career in order to gain the psychological edge.

Tyson would never have an optimal training camp. He was always known not to be the most disciplined trainer, while he mixed boxing with drugs, heavy partying, flirting on the wrong side of the law and performing stunts for the media outside of the ring, it was never the exception, it was the rule for him, so this ''he wasn't prepared for Douglas'' spiel doesn't wash with me.

Tyson simply fell into complacency after becoming the champion and never really worked hard to push himself to the next level.

No one makes excuses and sheds tears on behalf of Holmes who had a short training camp before fighting Tyson after taking the fight on short notice.

Douglas lost his mother before fighting Tyson, and that didn't stop him from delivering on the night.

Douglas fought like an ATG that night.

Latex glove or latex condom..it doesn't matter. Same difference. You are not going to win a competitive fight with a corner like that.

Tyson beat Holmes, Spinks, Berbick, Tucker, Thomas, Bonecrusher, Williams, and Ruddock with only Razor putting up a good effort. He effectively took out all the major players and belt holders from the 80s that were still relevant minus Spoon, a fantastic run and great resume for a HW Champion.
