yeah, mosley caugh mayweather with his RIGHT,on the leftt side of mayweathers chin,BUT manny is soutpow,so mannys LEFT hand, will come on floyds right chin, and he allways keep hes best defence ther.the right han is allways up. and ricky hatton comes at you, floyd dont.and even if he does, dont compare him to hatton

    Defense is another story.

Thread title clearly says how floyd would survive IF he gets caught in a shot like that.

floyd's right would snap pac's head back before that lame azz jab gets anywehere near him, let alone the hook

his foot position and the position of his hands when he punches leaves him exposed once he gets countered. at times pacquiao's foot is completely off the canvas when he throws, and that's all good when he lands, but all it'll do if he gets countered is catch him off balance. like i said, i see pacquiao's offense actually being a weakness for this sort of fight.

I seriously doubt Pac could catch Mayweather with something like that. But if, and that's a really big if, he gets caught with something like that, I would say no, he wouldn't survive it, that hit right on the button and the punch had power generated all the way from the legs, through the core, full power.

Problem is Manny throws A LOT of punches and Floyd is use to countering guys who throw one or two punch combos from a conventional stance. Manny's style, southpaw stance and equal attributes make this a compelling fight for fans. It's not an easy fight to predict b/c both have style and tools that present problems for the other.

Probably similar excuses that Floyd supporters would have if Manny pulled off the "W". At the end of the day the winner of this fight will get the credit he deserves by MOST!....the question is who will win this one.:think

He is clearly looking where he is punching...granted his vision gets obscured, but he has already thrown the punch and knows where it is going...how much do you hate him? Give credit where credit is due...he saw a weakness and exploited it...how could he possibly get to the position he is in now by swinging wildly...mayweather may well be better than him, but is there anyone else who you would favor over him? You dont become the second best, arguably best boxer on the planet by closing your eyes and swinging

true, he only closed his eyes because Hatton's weak ass punch grazed Pac's face, but before that Pac was definitely looking...

mark my words, mark my post

if this fight ever happens, manny's punch output will decrease so dramatically, it will spur 1000s of rumors about his condition/conditioning
