Would Frazier have destroyed Ali if he wasn't blind in one eye?

I mean even if he has perfect sight in both eyes he could have never beaten Foreman but seeing how Ali constantly took advantage of him being blind in one eye I think the fights wouldve had a different outcome

Their third and last fight would have ended with Frazier winning.

I honsestly don't think Frazier's eye problem really made any real difference to his career. March 8 1971 was the best Joe was ever going to do against Ali no matter what the circumstances.

The only way to answer that question would be to know for sure exactly how much the blindness in that one eye actually hindered him.. I don't know if there are any sources or interviews out there which talk about weather or not he struggled after losing sight in one of his eyes. It might have been a handicap and then again it might not have done anything. I grew up with a kid who went blind in one eye when he was around five years old. He said that it didn't bother him one bit in terms of functioning in school, playing baseball, driving a car or anything of the sort. But again that's only one testimony and from someone who wasn't a professional prize fighter.

Is stating that he was "Blind" in one eye overstating perhaps just a weaker eye strengh ? and most of us have a stronger and weaker eye, if he was clinically blind in one eye would the pre-fight eye tests not picked it up ? ( OK Gypsey Joe Harris Suger ray seales amongst others fooled the tests ) I seem to recall Joe in an early Interview explaining how, when burrowing in, he studied an opponents feet, and their waist, and knew when coming out of the crouch..roughly were the Jaw was ..and therefore where to aim the Hook... it seemed to work a treat in a lot of Joe's Ko's ..not looking for the chin..but knowing where it would be..and finding it...

A fella I know did full contact Karate and kick boxing with sight in only one eye. Marvin Hart was blind in one eye.Greb, Pat Valentino. Personally if Ali had another couple of fights under his belt before FOTC I think he would have been 3-0 over Frazier

As do I.. Either that or if Muhammad hadn't been subjected to the draft and he and Frazier had met sometime circa 1969.

Would Ali have knocked out Frazier if he didn't suffer from bad hands...

I think there's a very good chance he beats him the first time they meet at any point in Ali's career. It wasn't until after Ali found out the hard way that he could prepare and adjust for Frazier.

The Ali that beat Williams beats Frazier imo.
    And everyone else.

Yes but don't forget Williams was a shell of his former self, Ali looked electric nonetheless.

Agreed.. He had the right style to slip the jab and nail Ali with the left hook at any point. But I wouldn't favor him to win against the Muhammad of the 60's. Always a good fight though.
