I'd say so. DLH looked like he was really struggling for energy, and it's not like Hatton lets you relax in there.

i would tend to agree. i mean, not that the post was stupid...i think it's a fine enough question. however, drained as he was physically and devoid of will and focus and a trigger finger, the de la hoya who showed up on the night of the fight with pacquiao would likely have dumped fights to any number of lesser talented fighters.

hatton didn't even took the fight ffs! how could he beat him if he didn't fight him?

hypothetically, hatton could have beat him but not as easily as pac did. remember pac did use side to side movements and beat oscar to the punch most of the time. hatton would have connected but not without getting caught by oscar jabs.

Only if you hop off Floyd's nuts.

That fight was damned close. Floyd pulled it out late.

i'm going to have to go with hatton, the 147 oscar folds under hatton pressure. but only few fighter would have look as good as pac beating oscar up. what weight did forbes fight oscar cause if oscar would have came in at 147 i' have to lean towards forbes. i dont think forbes won no rounds against oscar in their fight but surely he would if came in a fight at 147

Ricky would have done a demolition job on Oscar that night, and I can' relate to any poster who would think otherwise. Berto whoops on Oscar that night, and so does Collazo and a whole host of other average Welterweights.

No. Completely different style. DLH simply couldn't locate Pacman. He would have no trouble locating Hatton.

    Kicked his ass.

ODLH looked like absolute ****. He was slow, couldnt get off on his punches, was at will to be hit with pretty much anything.
