just because Pac beat DLH that nite don't mean everyone would've done it...Hatton stylewise is all wrong and DLH would've busted him up...

yea maybe but if he did it would have to be early in the fight cause he would weaken as the fight would go on, hell he already look weak .hatton would most likely land a good left hook to the body before oscar land the left hook and he ain't like it to the body. how strong would that left hook be at 147 when ever oscar did manage to put his gloves on manny he aint go no where.

Yes. Hatton would have won by KO very similar to the way he beat Castillo. As would most of the 140 bangers and all of 147.

Just because I'm bored and the freaking NBA is still on, I rewatched the first two rounds of the fight. Anyone who says things like "Oscar couldn't even throw" needs a serious refresher.

He could throw. He couldn't time Manny and he couldn't even get close enough to try using volume.

NO DUFOS! it's harder to punch down at a smaller dude specially when the one yar hitting is fast mover and is constantly turning ya, that's Y Oskie cannot tee off. Like I said; Oskar's connect rate is higher against the hitman ,I am only assuming this because Hatton comes straight atcha. But in saying that Oskies ribs is wide open. Possible KO for Hatton. BODY SHOT.

Style wise hoya's left hook would have bigger percentage landing on hatton's chin.

pac's southpaw stance and movement troubled oscar all night.

Lance you are takeing these guys to school, its embarrasing and yet no one has the brains to counter any of your argument. The point is Ricky does not have the requisite skill speed or combos to do what Pac did to DLH that night.Hattons plan is to physically overwhelm Pac and when that doesnt happen is there a plan B?The minute Pac demonstrates he can physically hang with Hatton is the moment Ricky begins to bleed and eventually gets KTFO or the fight is stopped.

You know, I wouldn't count Hatton out. But dude just gets hit too easy, and doesn't have the attributes Pac used to win.

Is a Ricky Hatton body KO out of the question? Heck no, but being possible and probable are worlds apart. Sadly I've read more people talk about DLH's weight then actually SAY what Hatton would do to win.

I agree that this fight will be a little tougher for Pac as Hatton is quick footed and strong as well as relentless and pretty close to prime, but Pac can bang...all I keep hearing is Hatton is too strong....too big and yet Pac is a stocky little guy himself and the hand speed and combo punching of Pac is a greater advantage than Hattons supposed strength advantage. No one describes how Hatton will win they only wax lyrical about body shots and the mauling and wrestkling he did vs Kostya. Hatton gets hit way too much and his beard isnt the greatest. Where is Hattons advantage when it comes to handspeed, footwork and combination punching or defense etc.....all I get is the same body shot and strength regalia.

    Delusional.

Hatton would have won with ease. Mid-late KO. ODLH had nothing left after 4 rounds, Hatton would still have plenty in the tank, would have been a brutal beatdown.
