This is only my opinion and the fight will only tell the outcome but I think hopkins would have more problems fighting jirov than adamek. Maybe because Jirov was the more natural cruiser than Adamek and had better skills you don't be in a fight with James Toney to the end and a in shape Toney. Something about that fight with Dawson leaves doubts in my mind with Adamek but I could be wrong I see Hopkins winning big.

Their both natural cruisers. Both of them would give him hard fights at CW, but right now Adamek, being Jirov is pretty much gone.

OF course Jirov.. Jirov isnt the same fighter from 5 years ago. Hops beats him easily at this point.

Hopkins has his hands full against Adamek.

Jirov, easily. Jirov was very one dimensional and did not have Tomasz's boxing skills.

Adamek is a natural LHW. He fought there until he was in his 30's.

He only moved up due to weight issues because of the extreme inactivity King was putting him through. Had he fought regularly, he would have been a LHW until he was 35 or so, IMO.

He has about an equal chance of not beating either. I think Hopkins is seriously over reaching this time.

    I think hes natural.

Adamek was struggling to make LHW in his last 2 fights. He would be natural in a 185 pound division if there ever was one. Hes kinda like a Mateusz Masternak.

He would lose to both in their primes...right now, it seems that Adamek is in his. jirov in his prime would be much like Calzaghe was...too high of a punch output for B-hop to handle.

If a prime B-hop fought either man, he would have a much better chance and would probably be favored in those fights...but, both guys are bigger men with very good chins. Both men are tough fights for anyone in or around that division.
