Would Huck have had points deducted tonight if he attacked Pov with a claw hammer?

Huck probably could have stabbed Povetkin and not lost a point

    No.

That referee didn't have the courage to do the right thing, he let Huck get away with scores of rabbit punches.

I think it was a clubbing rabbit punch to the center of the back of Povetkin's head in a middle round that may have injured Sasha and made him feel very tired. Before that punch, Povetkin didn't appear tired.

    Let's not get stupid.

I'm sure Huck would have been given a warning.

You guys are totally overlooking the fact that Povetkin was bending beyond his opponents waistline the entire fight whenever he got hit which caused all the rabbit-punching in the first place.

yeah yeah, that what a single punch can do to you... as well as lack of proper preparation! Fat, slow and ill conditioned, that was POvetkin. Without illegal bending he would have been out by the mid rounds. Well fought back though. Rematch with a better ref would be great!

Didn't get to see this fight but doesn't sound like I've missed much.
