Would it be acceptable if Marques refuses vada testing for PAC vs marquez 5?

Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley will undergo additional, more advanced drug testing, but it won't be handled by either VADA or USADA. Instead, the Nevada State Athletic Commission will be in charge of the test

In the event that pacquiao defeats bradley, and a fifth fight is made with marquez, would it be acceptable if marquez refuses to undergo either VADA or USADA and instead opts for the navada state athletic commission testing?

Should we hold marquez to a separate level of scrutiny even when he has never proved positive for steroids?

Marquez will not refuse any of Pac's requirements for testing as long as Pac is willing to do the same.

Are you insinuating that the card should be titled " battle of the pharmacies "?

As far as I am concerned, they are both clean until proven otherwise. However, Marquez is in no position to dictate terms so if Pac wants both fighters to be subjected to a particular type of testing, Marquez will go along with it.

theyre all acting the same now in terms of osdt. nevada hires collectors to collect samples of urine/blood, ship them to wada accredited lab.

    lab analyzes the samples.

nevada collect the results and supposedly communicates the results to the concerned parties.

basically what vada and usada do.

only difference is, both nevada and vada have no therapeutic exemption process, afaik, usada does. this is where pedjr gets his money's worth.

and umm, only nevada commission has the authority to penalize offending party, if and when the fight is held in the state of nevada.

I say no, it wouldn't be.

However, Pacquiao fans have clearly made their opinions on these matters known ever since January 2010. They believe no fighter should be requested by another fighters' camp to take additional drug testing beyond what the local commissions require.

This is not a floyd thread. Why is manny running from advanced testing, why is manny going back to a guy freddie accused of been a steroid dealer?
