Would it be fair to say Tony Bellew would run through Wilders resume with ease?

Bellew would knock Szpilka out but it might be a similar fight like Wilder vs. Szpilka, where Szpilka could win lots of the rounds due to a better, more akward style. Bellew is faster though and a good counterpuncher like he showed us yesterday.

I actually think they should fight, if Bellew stays at HW. He needs to adjust to this weight. I want to see him against Szpilka, Pulev, Whyte for example before he faces the tall superheavyweights.

We don't know how hard Bellew can hit when he's facing a stationary resilient target like Duhaupas or Stiverne. Adamek couldn't dent anyone at heavyweight but was dropping cruisers and lhws like flies. That led to a lot of tough fights for him at heavy due to physical factors alone. If Bellew's power transfers up the weight then I can't see anyone who I'd particularly favour to beat him besides Stiverne and Scott, the former due to his power, the latter for his trickiness.

 

I don't wouldn't say Tony was faster, and I think he'd get caught and taken out. He's easy enough to hit, especially for a southpaw.

He's certainly not going to have a prolonged run in the HW division.

 

Haye was pretty stationary but Bellew couldn't really hurt him, even at the end Haye wasn't hurt. I don't think Bellew has power at HW.
