Could Jones avenge his losses against Tarver and Johnson?

Which win would mean more to his legacy?

I don't think he can beat either fighter. But if he beat Tarver, it would be significant to Jones and probably his legacy.

Tarver has been looking really bad lately. So....it's possible.

Jones seems about right around where he was the last time they fought while Tarver is a few notches below. Jones beat his ass whenever he decided to fight with him in the 3rd fight and now Tarvers slllooowwwwww. Jones beats his ass and takes him out.

Jones could have beat Tarver the third fight, just look at the 5th round of the fight for reference. He was just scared to throw

If Jones actually throws punches he could win easy..

He probably could. Tarver is completely shot and a clear/wide loss to Clinton Woods will show it. I don't know how much it will mean for Jones's legacy, but it would at least be a moral victory. Jones would be the one with the last laugh.

I really wish he fought Johnson again. The reason why I say so is because his KO loss to Tarver was bad, but many considered it a lucky punch and still gave Jones a chance. But after Johnson KOed him he went downhill with alot of fans. I still think the Tarver punch was harder right on the chin, and Roy still tried to get up. And johnson punch didn't even look hard, but did more damage.

He however, did not barely beat Trinidad. That fight, if generous to Tito, was 8-4 Jones.

It might have alot to do with Roy mentally and physically that time the way he was brutally KOed in May only to come right back in September probablly wasnt so smart its a good thing when he decided to come back after that he took a year off.

well isnt someone hostile.. dont have get all hot over someone elses opinion.. yeah he knocked down felix, but he should have KO'd him... ok let me correct myself then.. he may have won clearly, but not impressively?

I think it's impressive to knock someone down 2 times with a torn bicep.
