What do you think about Norton Vs Fury?

Could he have given him hell as he did Ali and Holmes?

    Thought s??

I'd take Fury from Wilder 2 to run over him.

No. If it somehow went the distance, and Fury doesn’t win at least ten rounds. Everyone here will be screaming robbery.

Lol Fury wasn't even confident enough to walk down Whyte and Usyk. He only did it to Wilder who can't box

He was well trained for the Wilder 2 fight. His timing was on-point and he was fighting well both inside and at distance. Fury has always been best as a low output distance boxer in my opinion but in that fight he was not afraid to use his size and work Wilder over both at distance and inside. He really imposed his size.

Norton is a much better boxer than Wilder, let's be clear.

But Wilder is also much more dangerous than Norton and Fury wasn't scared of him at all. Worse for Norton, he imposed his size in the clinch and Norton would be hard pressed to deal with a 280lb man ragdolling him around the ring, punching his body and leaning on him. I like Norton's unorthodoxy and cleverness, but I don't think he poses enough of a direct threat to Fury. He's going to have problems close up and at range. He doesn't have Usyk's clever feet to dictate the distance either. Fury isn't known as a puncher but his KO record is not bad. 280lb is 280lb.

I just don't think Norton has the cannons to hurt Fury fast and I don't think he has the chin to deal with Fury's big punches.

You dont need good feet to defend a punch. Fury did everything he could do because Wilder can't box. Fury couldn't replicate that against Whyte or Ngannou because they could easily capitalize on Furys mistakes. Same reason he didn't walk Usyk down despite that being his best chance, Fury would treat Norton the same. In reality I don't see it realistic for him to attempt to run Norton over, even Cunningham and Usyk had him hurt. Anytime Wilder isn't facing a complete bum he gets pushed back to an extent

Out of all the big modern Heavyweights now Fury is probably one of the best stylistic match ups for Norton hes a boxer not a big puncher and Norton thrived against boxers who didn't punch too hard.

Fury despite his weight hits no harder than a prime Holmes, Ali, and Norton took their best punches quite comfortably for over 50 rounds.

Norton also does have the power to hurt Fury who's been down 8 times in his career, Usyk for example doesn't hit as hard as Norton and he basically TKOed Fury in the 9th round of their fight.

Wilder has chicken legs and is not physically strong nor is his boxing skills of the elite level hence Fury could push Wilder back and be aggressive. When Fury tried to do the same to Usyk well Usyk just pushed him off easily in the clinches different levels.

You need good feet to avoid an opponent imposing their game on you, which is what Usyk does.

But he did walk down Whyte? Beat him far easier than he ever did Wilder.

He didn't walk Whyte down he boxed him at range and Whyte looked slow and out of shape then Fury finished it off with the uppercut.

Did you watch the fight? Whyte was dominated by Fury who didn't (have to) move out of first gear, and took zero damage. It honestly looked like a sparring session. Why the **** would you bring this fight up in support of Norton?

He wasn't pressing Whyte like he did Wilder, he boxed him. That's the entire point. Fury can win, I dont see him winning by trying to come forward sloppily with little head movement he would get clipped, and his body is wide open
