Would Lara pose more of a threat to GGG then anybody else he fought?

Idk how Lara gets so much respect. Probably because people like to claim he beat Canelo and got ducked by GGG and Floyd. But the guy already lost to Canelo, had a tough fight with Angulo, and drew with Vanes before and Molina. If GGG ever did fight him he still wouldnt get credit and would probably ko him or win 11-1

Agreed. If that isn't enough evidence, watch prime Lara vs caveman Angulo...dud nearly decapitated Lara.

Lara has poses absolutely no threat to GG whatsoever, no power to fend him off, too one-dimensional foot movement which would be cut off with ease and stamina issues past round 7

He only ever seems to want to do enough to just win, which really bugs me. Like it gives me the impression that if a fight gets incredibly tough for him then he isn't going to be driven enough to go the extra mile in a fight.

FWIW - I had him beating Vanes, but it was really close. I think the judges ignored a lot of Vanes' body work too when scoring but I do think the decision was correct.

Absolutely not. Lara is too fragile for a legit middleweight. And he never really attempted to make a fight, apart from in front of journalists.

No, he's a nobody who got outboxed by a guy with 17 losses.

Who KO'd the Lineal Light Heavyweight Champion of the world and drop Kovalev and Ward. And he has 22 or 23 losses now... for the record, and it was a SD.

I've always maintained that Monroe Jr is a good fighter. I hope he gets a decent fight later this year to prove me right...

...or never again so I can't be proven wrong.

Either way. Either way is fine

Monroe is a good fighter. He should fight Lara, he'd probably win.

Not remotely, and I struggle to believe anyone genuinely thinks he would.

People talk about Lara like he's a human sized Rigo.

He might win 1 round though which is more than most.

Lara has good head movement but no body defense. NONE.

His liver, kidneys, spleen and stomach would emerge as one consolidated, indistinguishable gelatinous mass after 3 rounds.

NO. Lara's best performance was his genuine loss to Canelo. GGG destroys him.

What was Lara's ring weight vs Vanes? I know he was 166lbs vs Canelo - i believe he comes into the ring around 168lbs now. GGG is 172lbs.

I dont wanna hear any excuses when GGG runs him over with a brutal 6th rd KO.
