Just couldn't help myself on this one . The great Dago wop is suggesting a smaller Lewis is going to be harder to hit rather than his working around the jab /tall man boxing style..what do you guys think? I would love to hear anyone on this one. :b1:

You provide a primary source, not an unnamed hack's scribble and I will say I'm wrong. You haven't and you won't.
Now lets have the time signature of the Dempsey vCarpentier video that shows Dempsey "being rocked in the first round", because neither Dempsey, nor Carpentier mention it in their respective auto biographies. On that note Carpentier states he knew he was beaten when the 3 rd round began,so how you can say he was winning the rounds up until the ko is rather a mystery? I don't want you to leave, I'm enjoying exposing your bullsh*t!

The sad thing is whenever I argue with other members in this section I always learn something new about boxing history regardless if I'm right or wrong about the topic but with you Galvatron I learn nothing.

You said you didnt find it logical why a 6'5 guy would be better than if he were 6'0 bc he has 84 inches of reach????? If you cant actually rationalize that you need another sport to follow but i made the thread since you stated you NEED an EXPLAINATION to why a TALLER guy has the advantage rather than being SHORTER( Lewis in particular ) . Im actually looking forward to this answer myself which ultimately is the thread reasoning ! Are you checking the polls BTW ? Ha Ha

Does cutting off 5 inches make his head smaller?

If no, then how is he harder to hit?

Does he magically become a faster man or does he retain his speed?

You'd imagine a 6 foot Lewis wouldn't be able to handle 245 pounds as well as he could at 6'5''. Unless we're assuming he also loses weight at which point he becomes a completely different fighter so......
