Castillo was one of the best lightweights ever, underrated fighter at 135, he could box and fight inside, I suppose you haven't even seen a prime Castillo fight? He beat fighter's like Stevie Johnston, Ceasar Bazan, Julio Diaz, Casamayor, Corrales and gave Mayweather his toughest fight ever.
Who on the board think that a fighter's boots should be brighter than his gloves?I have an issue with chenko's luminous boots, I think they take away the concentration of his opponents. The eyes will be automatically attracted to the brightest location, therefore the fighter's brain will have to work extra hard to filter out the luminosity. This is one of the reasons his opponents lose concentration and get tired. I have uncovered the magicians trickery, all that walking on the hands and juggling only a distraction away from the real scorcery!
His resume definitely shits on Campbell's with wins over Johnston, Casamayor, Lazcano, Diaz, and Corrales.
I don't deny that his wins so far have been undoubtedly better than Campbell but Campbell has a higher ceiling based upon his skillset is all I'm saying.
At this point of his career, and having been a gold medalist, Campbell, like Felix Diaz, is what he is.
I don't doubt that, but I'm just stating that he was one weight class above where he would've been considered an ATG type fighter. Still very good being that he was a two time champ and messed Mayweather up one time around. But I find a lot of his best wins were also inconclusive and that he was quite limited in many ways. He also didn't fight plenty of guys who were available who'd have made him an ATG. I wish he fought Juan Diaz and Freitas for example.
You clearly didn't follow the sport when Castillo was in his prime. Quit trying to debate this with those of us who did
