Would Loma`s high guard be a problem for Manny judging by parts of Pac`s bout v Floyd?

    At times having Floyd on the ropes Manny couldn`t set up any shots well to pierce Floyd`s tight guard would Loma`s active high guard prove too much for the stronger Manny?

    Check this vid and see how Manny could pierce Floyd`s high guard when he had him on the ropes:

    Pac Man would KTFO Loma at any weight. Even recently Loma said he did'nt want to fight him saying "his career is done" etc. Needless to say Pac Man still went on to dominate Keith Thurman who was rated 1st or 2nd at welterweight. Loma was also declining a career high pay-day, by far his biggest fight and crossover global event.

    Considering Pac Man is small welterweight, that fight could easily have been done anywhere from 135 (where Loma was then and is now) to 140. Yeah, Loma did'nt want that can of whoop-ass.

    The weight shouldn’t be an issue for Lomachenko to fight Pacquiao or to move up and fight other welterweights. Lomachenko was fine with Rigondeaux moving up in weight 2 weight divisions from super bantamweight to super featherweight to fight him without giving him a catchweight to make the fight fair. If Lomachenko wasn’t resistant to having a big advantage over the much smaller Rigondeaux, then he should be willing to put himself in the same position in fighting at welterweight. Against Pacquiao, Lomachenko wouldn’t need to move up in weight at all, since the Filipino star would likely move down to 135 to fight him. There’s no reason for Lomachenko to have been reluctant to fight Pacquiao except the fear of losing. {https://www.boxingnews24.com/2018/12/lomachenko-rejects-pacquiao-fight-hes-old-his-career-is-done/}

    Call me crazy, but Lomachenko would be one of Pac's easiest fights. If Lomachenko doesn't get Hatton'd, he gets dropped multiple times on route to a TKO loss and Pac looks embarrassed during the post fight interview for smoking him so easily.

    Loma is far more skilled than Hatton was.

    There's a reason Lomachenko ducked Pacquiao and it ain't because a win over Pacquiao would be meaningless.

    Pakkuman, you said "Call me crazy" so I did.

    I know you are a huge Pacquiao fanboy. I disagree with you but am not going to argue with you about it. No point. Its seems some emotional self identification issue with you.

    No point in arguing.

    A problem? Yes. People at that skill level poses problems to anyone they face.

    Having said that, Pacquiao KO's Loma.

    Loma is a serious fighter, not interested in fighting former greats or catchweight fights. He’s too small for 140 and can still easily make 126 or 130. If PAC could make 135, I’m sure Loma would fight him. As long as it doesn’t interfere with his unification plans. We need more boxers who are serious about fighting top opposition and unifying divisions. Too many guys bouncing around and cherry picking opponents to snatch a belt.

    You have WAY more confidence in Loma than Loma does in himself. You do realize that Loma ducked the fight, right?

    Pac's handspeed is faster and Loma isn't a counterpuncher. Pac also hits much, much harder with a better chin.
