Would Lomachenko vs Haney next year be the closest we get to Loma Floyd

Vasyl Lomachenko vs Floyd Mayweather at 130-135 lbs is a fantasy fight we can only dream of.

If Lomachenko was to fight a 21 year old Haney at 135 lbs next year, would that be the closest we'd ever get to answering who'd win this match up?

No, Haney is good but the experience level is absolutely different. How about Floyd just fight Lomachenko and see who can win. How bad does Loma want that payday to balloon up to 147 for a Mayweather bout?

Lomachenko wouldn't fight Pac. Not at 140, 139, 138, or 135. Floyd is bigger than Pac.

It's possible that either Lopez or Haney will be the one that Loma will face in mid next year assuming that he'll face Commey in early 2020. Both of them having their eliminator this year.

The only way that might prevent this scenario from happening if certain people which are long time target of Loma suddenly knock the door (e.g. Tank Davis failed his weight once more and seek for next destination or Mikey would like to come down 135 if the price is right)
