Lennox is maybe the worst possible match up for Rocky he would always beat him and likely end it early.

No version of Rocky beats any version of Lewis, save perhaps an extremely green version.

No. Just no. Geez everyone, heavyweight boxing has evolved. These two don't even co-exist in the division anymore. Marciano may have even been encouraged to fight as a light-heavyweight these days because he was a smallish cruiserweight (by today's standards). The only heavyweights to stop Lewis were a 6 foot 1, 235lb Oliver Mcall and Hasim Rahman. Come on, size isn't everything but modern heavyweights like Frank Bruno, Razor Ruddock, Tommy Morrison, Ray Mercer, Shannon Briggs, Michael Grant, Mike Tyson, David Tua and Vitali Klitschko were not able to dent Lewis' chin. How would Marciano fare against that lineup? Marciano was great for his time but he was dropped by a light-heavyweight Archie Moore and 188lb. Jersey Joe Walcott. American football wouldn't say that a 1950's 200lb. offensive lineman would be competitive in today's NFL. Why do we do this with heavyweight boxing?

No. Too small. He would be smothered by Lewis's tactics.
