Would Margarito ever be able to come back from all this and still be a force at WW?

Regardless of the outcome of the scandal, Margo won't be the same.
People seem to forget that Margarito took all of what Cotto could deliver (and he is a murderous puncher);

Well, everyone's body is different. Who knows, maybe Marg truly is a freak of nature who can withstand an incredible amount of punishment with no lasting effects. If anybody has the mental strength to overcome such adversities, I say is Marg. I hope he is able to come back and have another good run. I really enjoy watching him fight.

 

I see it being like MOrales. He took such a beating throughout his career and never went down but once he did(Pac) he was never the same. I believe its the same here. The thing that sux too is Margo can not box like Morales so he is gonna be ****ed.

He is still a force but I think Shane laid down the blue print on how to beat him. I think any of the other top 5 Welterweights can beat him if using the right strategy.

 

I don't think so. He has taken way too much of a beating his last two fights. It would be best for him to have an easy career closing fight and call it a day. He's made alot of $$$

Tony was #2 on my current favorites list. I've been trying to withold judgement,and basically stay quiet on the scandal until the CSAC releases their findings. Ya, I hope he can come back strong. Do I think he can? I'm really not sure.

 

I echo these comments. I'm not sure any fighter can ever be the same after a beating like that. I hope he does come back, but wow, all those heavy blows to the head...

 

He won't be able to come back from this if he's in prison for assault.

 

if he indeed is a cheat...then i dont think he is still a force at WW or he is not really a force to begin with (minus the bricks)...

 

I think he will come back, and will be a force to be reckoned with if put in with the right opponents.
