Why wouldnt he Floyd offered 40 million and no PPV, thats a slap in the face to someone who has carried the division and fought all the guys Floyd was supposed to fight......

Dont make it seem like Manny isnt or wasnt a draw he is a damn draw and that fight would have out done Fishnets vs Mayweather......

No way would I hold something like that against a fighter who has given so much to the sport, he deserves better than that considering what he has given.....

Manny in 2009 could have gotten 50/50

He declined significantly and doesn't sell as many PPVS as Floyd does

Why would Floyd give him 45% when Manny doesn't deserve 45% in 2012!

    Be real here.

If you were Floyd, would you give Manny 45%? I want you to be honest with yourself

    1. Floyd is his own boss and has his own way of doing things

    2. Manny's boss is Arum and Arum takes 30% of his earnings

    3. Manny doesn't sell as much PPV's as Floyd

    4. Manny just lost.

The fight wasn't even releveant anymore in 2012 Pac was basically 0-2 against junior lightweights in your eyes how is he going to get 50/50 or 55-45 :nut Wake up please.

How much did he make to cherrypick Marquez and get KTFO for?

I would have split it even all the way down the middle PPV and Purse, why not respect the ****ing man, respect the sport, its not like Pacquiao was some ****ing bum....

This is a guy if you split everything down the middle with you still end up making more money than you ever have in any previous fight......

Prior to the last Marquez fight, Pac had allot of support from *****s and *******s who felt he was robbed against Bradley...

Again its not about he was on the decline or what not its about what he brings to the table in terms of drawing Power that had not changed...

he was still a huge draw the biggest in boxing for Floyd to face....

Dude, let's be real. I doubt there is any mutual respect between the two tbh.

Manny filed a defamation of character case against him

    Besides that

    Manny didn't deserve a 50/50 split in 2012 (Not even 45%)

    I stated why

You have to think about it financially

Why would he give 50% to someone who sells less than you on PPV, is lower on you in the p4p rankings, just lost?

    Be real!

There were no negotiations after the Bradley fight though so it's irrelevant.

He was a big draw, but just not on the level of Floyd

He lost to Marquez in his 3rd fight

FFS. HBO wouldn't even release the #'s for any of Manny's fights.

If Manny was a big draw and did sell close to May's #'s, why do they never release the #'s?

To Marquez in their 3rd fight.

They were trying to set up a 2012 May 5th fight, but Manny just lost.

So then where is your declining argument then? cus he looked like **** in the 3rd Marquez fight? Marquez has always given Manny problems and it still has not done a damn thing to his drawing power

"Top Rank Promotions will not negotiate with Golden Boy Promotions regarding a potential mega-fight between boxing superstars Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr., according to a report from ESPN's Dan Rafael. Rafael was informed by Mayweather's adviser, Leonard Ellerbe, that Top Rank chief executive officer Bob Arum "is not interested in pursuing a fight between Mayweather and Pacquiao at this time."

Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer informed Rafael that Arum is pursuing a fourth Pacquiao-Marquez bout instead of a Pacquiao-Mayweather bout."
