Manny REFUSED the May 5th 2012 showdown because Floyd offered him 40 m

Fact is Manny lost to Marquez in the 3rd fight
Manny is lower on the p4p rankings

I can bet you that Floyd/Guerrero will hit at least 1 m ppv buys

Tim/Manny did 600-700 k. They wouldn't even release the official #'s for that fight man. Lol.

FFS he did 1.2 with Ortiz

Floyd is a much bigger draw than you think.

You really think Canelo/Mosley was a significant factor as to why May 5, 2012 did 1.5 m ppv buys?

....... Fact is most had him losing and that fight really took some of the hype of a May/Pac showdown away

"Top Rank Promotions will not negotiate with Golden Boy Promotions regarding a potential mega-fight between boxing superstars Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr., according to a report from ESPN's Dan Rafael. Rafael was informed by Mayweather's adviser, Leonard Ellerbe, that Top Rank chief executive officer Bob Arum "is not interested in pursuing a fight between Mayweather and Pacquiao at this time."

Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer informed Rafael that Arum is pursuing a fourth Pacquiao-Marquez bout instead of a Pacquiao-Mayweather bout..."

    You'll be surprised lol.

    May/Ortiz did 1.2

I don't know why you're laughing. May is a huge draw, whether you like to believe it or not.

Truth be told Pacquiao doesn't give any of his opponents a huge share of the pot himself. PAC vs JMM 4 PAC takes 25mil n JMM gets 5mil. Pacquiao is a huge draw and should get his fair share but 55/45 just isn't fair to mayweather no matter how you spin it. Mayweather has better ppv numbers, hasn't lost and should get the better cut. Who can argue that, I say give Pacquiao his usual 25mil some backend ppv and call it a day. At this point people would still buy it but its never going to happen.

You dont think having Morales and Canelo on the card had anything to do with those numbers on Mexican independence day? you honestly believe or think that every single PPV number was a Floyd supporter?
