Pacquiao could have taken the 50/50 (in 2009) but refused the blood tests because he was roided up to his damn eyeballs.

it wouldnt have mattered something tells me even if Manny agreed Floyd would not have taken that fight back then he would have waited it out longer as he did with Cotto, if Manny agreed Floyd likely would have offered him less money either way, Manny wasnt required to agree to anything but thats another topic in itself.....
