Brook at present is not "marquee" enough to be next in line for Floyd..but a win over Khan could be sufficient to earn Kell a fight with Mayweather.

On the other side, Khan is a big name, but has done nothing at 147 (expect beat old man Collazo). Were Khan to beat Brook he would almost certainly get a shot at Mayweather.

Khan-vs-Brook is a fight I would happily pay to see!! Two prime UK fighters, who genuinely dislike each other, contesting a genuine world title with the winner looking good for a fight with Mayweather!!! That would be a huge UK Box Office fight!!

Brook-vs-Khan makes so much sense it probably will not happen!! Khan is busy trying to circumvent all credible opposition in his quest for a Mayweather fight, and Team Brook may choose an (on paper) easier option.
