Would Mayweather really duck Pacquiao?

    maybe its just hate for mayweather sounds like alot of people here asume that mayweather will duck pacquiao but why? mayweather has most of the advantages plus he'd get paid and would get a ton of adgulation and credit for beating pac-man since he the biggest thing in the sport right, if there anybody mayweather dosent want to fight, its paul williams not pacquiao, pac-man is the type of figth mayweather would like.

    I think Floyd looks at pac as another Zab Judah but with more speed, a better arsenal and someone that wont throw one punch at a time...and he wont fade after the 4th round...plus he has a trainer that will expose any flaws that Floyd has.

    I think Floyd will just use the weight issue and the purse spilt as a way to get out of it and move on to another fight with Oscar or someone else!

    but who has more flaws, mayweather or pac-man? will pac-man will give mayweather a rough fight, imo, he dfeiantely can outbox pacquiao. marquez is a great counterpuncher and gave pac-man fits TWICE, mayweather is an even better counterpuncher, has great defense, and he hits harder then marquez as well. imo, mosley and williams would have a better chance to beat mayweather then pacquiao and mayweather would get paid more if he fights pac. mayweather came out of retirement soely to go after pacquiao, thats why he fighting pac's nemesis marquez.

    According to some he's cherrypicked Marquez who is the same size as Pac.

    So to some he'd cherry pick Pac and others he's ducking him

    Can't win.

    PPL are just crazy dog. Mayweather has never duckd anybody and thats a fact. PPL that says he has, but they provide no proof of it. and why would he fight the guy that almsot beat Pacquiao if he wasnt gonna fight him??

    No way he'll duck Pacquiao. I still favor him over Pac.

    But until I see him in the ring vs Cotto and Shane, those guys he ducks...

    Floyd will duck Pac until he fights him. When he fights Pac, he'll cherrypick him.

    No way. I mean, I've joked about Floyd's bargaining power of making fighters come to him to stack the deck in his own favor, but I couldn't see him not fighting Pacquiao. Floyd loves playing the villain to generate some extra interest, but I don't think he'd ever want to genuinely be one; and if he comes out of retirement to NOT fight Pacquiao, Mosley, Cotto, or another fight at least as tough, that's exactly what would happen.

    I don't think Mayweather will duck Pac, however, I doubt the fight ever gets made. The two camps will never agree on $.

    He might, but I think it's more likely he'll take the fight. Even the casual boxing fan is salivating over this fight so it's guaranteed to be the biggest money fight out there for Mayweather... and we know how much that guy loves his money.
