No, I agree with you 100%, Wladimir is the far better of the two.

But neither are inferior to past champions..........

Also, the top ten today is no weaker than at any one point at any time in heavyweight history. In fact, it's better! Look at Liakhoivch, a former world champion who only lost three fights but was not even a top ten contender.

But in the 70s by the time you got down to number 8, 9 and 10 there were names like Chuck Wepner 35-14-2, Henry Cooper 33-12-1 and Randy Neumann 31-7-0.

Tyson beat Berbick, Bonecrusher Smith, and Cocaine Tucker to unify the division, he would have more trouble in today's division and would probably lose to either Klitschko but he would definitely be significant.

Don't twist what you said. You made out like only a hater would match up tyson with wlad.

You seem to think vitali has a better chance even though he's the less accomplished and less proven of the two.

Maybe vitali is unfortunate that he shared an era with two great fighters and could never establish dominance for a significant period of time, however anything more than that is speculation.

Noone knows how successful vitali would be in any other era, we only know he aint top two in his own.

No, you were the one fliping Tyson for Spinks. And you did that because you believed (as many on here do) that Tyson "looked" better matched against Wladimir than Vitali.
You've seen the polls, most posters gives Tyson the nod over Wladimir and Vitali the nod Tyson. So "You" switched the two. You're a Klitschko hater!

The Ring magazine in 86 had Spinks #1 and Tyson #2.
The Ring magazine today has Wladimir #1 and Vitali #2.

Outside of Vitali, I believe prime Tyson would dominate today.

why the hell would wlad have a better chance than vitali? this is what I'm talking about. You;re a wlad hater pretending that vitali is the better brother when history and current events show that is simply not true.

the reason I put mike number 1 is because of the gift spinks received against holmes, he was a paper champion and everyone knew it.

stop hating on wlad, just appreciate the guys career. he's clearly the better brother in every capacity other than chin.
