Would Mike Tyson have been able to take Povetkin's power shots without getting knocked out?

Povetkin`s combo`s are far sharper than McCall`s were.

Povetkin is better than every fighter Tyson beat that lasted more than 90 seconds v Mike or at least as good or better than 90% of the fighters that lasted more than a round v Mike, granted most of those guys were running and trying to survive.

Do you think Povetkin could have finished that version of Holmes in four rounds though?

Doulas had an 83 inch reach, Povetkin`s reach is much shorter, his jab wouldn`t be thrown from a safe distance.

Povetkin can't run from Mike and he would be outgunned badly at close/mid range. Horrendous matchup for povetkin.

As good as 90% of the fighters that lasted more than a round with Tyson... We will have to agree to disagree here

My point is that there have been fighters inferior to Povetkin that Tyson beat, that lasted more than 90 seconds, so why would Povetkin be stopped in a round? Povetkin is far better on the inside than Berbick was.

Prime Povetkin? Yes. If 1988 th Holmes. Not only Povetkin btw.
No if 1980 th Holmes. This Holmes defeated prime Povetkin and Tyson too.

It's like video game analysis. Tyson beat several very good fighters that never became champ because, Mike had em all.

Only if Povetkin stands there with his hands down and doesn't punch back

Your viewpoint is blurred by your insecurity. Most boxing fans place Mike Tyson 10-15 best heavyweights of all time. Prime Tyson is a H2H scare for any heavyweight. Doesn't mean that he would beat them all because he obviously would not. He's not seen as invincible by knowledgeable fans. But he had an A level chin, defense, speed and power. He was one of those generational fighters.

No one is picking on or underestimating Povetkin because he's isn't American. That's a component that dictates your opinions and makes you unable to read others takes clearly. You need to work on that. Povetkin was getting the crap kicked out of him before he landed that awesome hook. IMO he wouldn't have survive if Tyson hurt him. Also IMO, Tyson ate uppercuts that were harder.
