Pac was only moved to P4P #1 because Floyd was inactive. He basically made it by default.

Lol he never would have taken the path. I bet you any money that if Erik Morales had managed to to keep his title against Danny Garcia, they would have tried to feed us Pac vs Morales 4.

Tried Being the keyword here baby. Bob would have done anything to put on more sizzling action like the third bout.

    Obviously ducking Paul Williams
    Prime Moseley
    Pacquiao
Cotto prime (we saw a washed up cotto go 5-7) and bust up floyd who ran ran ran

All that takes Leonard levels of chicken ****-ery
    PAC is haggler
    Floyd is Leonard

I think Pacman would not be the star he was if he played it safe. His biggest draw was fighting and beating mostly everyone in that golden age of 126/130lb'ers. Pure entertainment, and I don't expect to witness competition like that for awhile.

I dunno about comparing Pretty Boy to Leonard, that is pretty bold. Not saying Floyd does not have skills, but Sugar Ray hit way harder, and beat the middleweight champ.

I don't think what I am describing is a myth. I've trained with pro fighters and I know that motivation can mean as much as skill, if not more. I am not arguing that Floyd is a superior boxer, frankly I believe May is one of the best pure boxers that ever lived. But his style is more forgiving and less energy consuming, not to mention that he is a far more focused than Pac. His biggest fear is both his greatest strength and his downfall: he is afraid to lose to a point that he exhausts himself during training, every single day, for YEARS, when the hunger is already gone. But it was the same fear that prevented him from signing a 50-50 contract and demolishing an inferior boxer in Manny, and for that he will never be truly admired in the eyes of the general boxing public. His extreme popularity is largely due to his pop star status: him coming out with ****** Bieber being the case and point.

No. Pac would have more losses. When you lose to Torrecampo and Singsurat, I would imagine that he'd lose to other fighters if he went the Mayweather route-whatever that is.
