I just don't get it they're only a few sports in the world where you can whoop somebody's ass legally, and boxing is one of them. I never met anybody in my life who likes court rather it be the victim or the perpetrator.

When they ask Pac if he believes Mayweather wants to fight him he says yes, thats why he's fighting Victor Ortiz.

When they ask him if the fight will happen he says they're are legal issues that most be taken care of :rofl:rofl:rofl

Solution: suspend the lawsuit to after the fight, whoop his ass in the ring and then in court.

If Mayweather looks real good against Ortiz expect to see the biggest duck in sports history I wonder the excuse *******s will use now :tired

Just make the fight. The lawsuit is completely seperate from the fight.

If Floyd insists on Pac dropping the lawsuit just to make the fight then he's the one ducking.

Floyd is able to fight other opponents without the lawsuit being suspended, so it should be the same.

The lawsuit is completely separate from the fight yet pac would rather fight first in court than fight floyd in the ring.

    HIS WORDS NOT MINE:deal

drop the test, man up and fight like the ****ing rest!!!

pac got kod twice, lost to morales, lost twice to JMM according to some, none of them asked for test...
floyd didnt ask for test in his last 40 fights until pac's name came up

and when you have the size, height, reach, skill and speed advantage, why the **** you ask for test???

    unless

lol I doubt those are those his words verbatim. Rather just how you interpreted it.

If you're talking about his recent interview it sounds like he's saying that as long as Floyd does not ask for the lawsuit to be dropped there should be no problem.

Because this topic was irrelevant back then and it still is. Pac is not ducking Floyd. Pac was the one trying to make the fight happen but floyd just keep moving the goal post. Pac called FLoyd's bluff until floyd started breaking down. Floyd made it clear that he is accusing Pac of using roids hence, the lawsuit was filed. Floyd then made an announcement during the ortiz presser and said he is not accusing Pac of using roids but there are numerous videos of Floyd Jr., Roger and Floyd Sr. accusing Pac of using roids.

If anything, Floyd found his window of opportunity to avoid Pac at all cost. Let's say Pac called Floyd's bluff early in the negotiation and completely agreed to drug testing, FLoyd would have found another way to not make the fight happen. The thing is, OSDT is part of the negotiation and since it is part of the negotiation, a limit was set by team pac as part of that negotiation but Floyd just kept changing it and vice versa. To say that Pac isn't willing to fight is laughable. I mean, if Team Pac completely and blatantly says NO OSDT NO TEST then there is a huge problem.

****....Floyd can still fight PAC and may have ADDED motivation to get some "get back" after he loses the lawsuit that he brought on himself.

Floyd has a great opportunity to get some respect and some big dollars if he's will to take the risk....up until recently he's been avoiding having to address his intentions on fighting Manny.

But we saw that he finally took the initiative to address actually WANTING to fight Manny after his court situation began to hit some major pot holes.

Floyd has the ball in his court regarding his fight with Manny and how likely it is to come off. All he has to do is either man up and apologize for the accusations he's never supported to fight Manny or eat the mega legal bill, then face PAC. Either way the fight comes off and he gets his shot at proving he's a better fighter.

plus.....his other legal issues are far more concerning than this defamation case not just for the PAC fight but for the future of Floyd's boxing career.

Nah.....Floyd as good as he is will have success in spots as he's a fighter who likes to fight in spots....when he's comfortable. With PAC he's not gonna have the luxury to fight when he wants. he'll be force to fight at PAC's pace and he'll be working to control distance with his counter punching and jab.

The problem for Floyd is he'll be waiting to get the range he wants to ensure he is out of PAC's range. Waiting and fighting Manny is not a good look. Floyd's gotten to a point where he has no other choice but to fight PAC...otherwise he'll always be remembered for ducking Manny and not for the stellar career he worked for.

As Floyd gets older it's clear Money is not the end all be all and his legacy is becoming more and more important. So it seems....he did pass on the biggest payday of his career and passed on the chance to fight his greatest legacy builder so it's good to see Floyd seems to be looking to make this fight finally.

    Pac agreed to the tests

After Floyd easily beats Ortiz, and Pac easily beats Marquez

Floyd needs to step up to the plate and compromise on any remaining kinks that need to be ironed

Floyd must behave like an ADULT and treat Manny with respect like a human being, not a ******
