No. If Floyd were to fight and beat Pac it would be by running, defending, outboxing, and running some more. If he steps to Pac trying to 'destroy' him, he'll get ****ed up. Royally. And he knows that, so it wouldn't happen. If Floyd traded fire with Pac he'd get smashed, even this blunted, toothless, past-prime version of Pac. Floyd won't risk it.
The main reason we know this to be doubtful is that Floyd has, up till now, feared pac, and has refused to sign for the fight.

floyd had a cold and was bleeding from the nose even before the fight.. cotto just aggravated it a bit. the beast version of cotto was on the verge of being ko'd too. pee pee mouth was dropped hard by floyd while pedquiao couldn't even hurt an older version of pee mouth. lol.
