Getting "motivated to hit them" doesn't mean you can hit them. Desire != Ability.

So what the hell would he be using an IV drip for? Other than rehydration, What else?

You are trying so hard to be smart and make a point, but you just sound dumb.

they didn't have to nescessarily use the IV site for rehydration. They could have just used the site to push in dextrose 50% or infuse back his own blood taken weeks before....and I think I know more than you in that area. ;)

like who ivan calderon? the thing is pac still needs to be on his toes that night. a lesser fighter could **** oscar that night but you must take into account pac's gameplan for this. he was too fast for oscar and could not touch him, if it was a lesser fighter, oscar might still wins like what he has done with forbes.

floyd was supposed to be the fight why oscar is tring to go down to welter. pac just took his spot when oscar decided to cherry-pick pac instead of margarito who was the best welter at the time. pac was already the p4p#1 at the time. yes it's still his biggest fight to date, but pac risking his health and stature that time by going full two weight divisions must not be taken for granted. i rememeber back then the calzaghe fans already making threads that joe will be the new p4p king once pac loses this.

Just because you are a nurse means nothing. I had my fair share of interaction with the medical field in field medicine.

Infusing his blood back, blood doping, would be readily detectable and pumping him full of dextrose might screw him up. If the man had an IV there are only a few things that they would use it for before branching out into strange crap that might cause issues with performance due to issues with insulin. The only one that makes sense in a fight situation is hydration because they didn't want him to have a gut full of Gatorade or Pedialyte to puke up.

Just because your dumb ass can pass tests an wears scrubs doesn't mean you can make any semblance of a point you *****. You are a dumb go-fer that did what your parents told you to do. Be a nurse.

    The Fight was FIXED.

Oscar let him win, so that he can co-promote him in the future and make $$$$$$$.

it is my understanding that on fight night Oscar was the same 145 pounds. His body went into shock and, therefore, was rejecting the IV fluids as excrement or vomit.

I am no doctor or nurse but I would assume anytime someone is pumping something into your body or out of your body you would be in no condition anytime soon to be in a physical contest let alone a boxing match.

There is one thing I am fairly certain come November 13; they are not going to be pumping fluids into Margarito come fight night.

If Margo is the same fighter that KO'd Cotto, Paq probably won't see the final round.

So what you are saying is that they knew beforehand that he may need blood?

I think that his body simply went into shock and rejected the I/V fluids.

Exactly man. It didn't take a scientist know that ODLH did NOT look right. The win was only over ODLH name not the fighter we knew.

    I agree.

If this fight isn't fixed? Pac is going to have a tough road to hoe.

I think this only happens when you've already had organ failures.

Of course he deserves credit. Pacquiao was simply brilliant that night against oscar who thought he had cherry a smaller guy to beat for his last fight rather than face Margarito who considered the baddest welterweight back then
