YES! But b/c PAC dominated and destroyed DLH like no one else had before he didn't get the respect. Oh well.....it was seen by MOST as a great win as it should....partly based on HOW he dominated DLH. But let's be real......That wasn't the best DLH so the win does lose a little of it's "SHINE".

I'm just as big a fan of Pacquiao as the next, and he does get huge credit for moving up, but let's not exaggerate his jump. Pac was aways a solidly-built featherweight/super-featherweight. Ignore his official weight and you'll see (despite him being shorter) that he has usually been the bigger man since moving up from featherweight (NOTE: Oscar is the bigger man, his low unofficial weight was due to dehydration).

Pac walks around 150lbs+ when he isn't training, and relied on massive dehydration (and "starvation" as Pac put it in an interview) during his superfeatherweight days, so for the Oscar fight he trained as usual minus a huge amount of dehydration.

Oscar on the other hand walks around 165lbs+ when not in training; he had to lose that weight and then some due to it being at a lower weight class than he had been accustomed to for seven years. I don't see how people cannot see how losing that amount of weight, plus not rehydrating fully may have a huge impact on your performance.

Even after Oscar, his weight was consistant:

Have you ever been shitfaced and then woken up to drink or eat something?

And then throw it up fifteen minutes later? What about food poisoning?

If your body is in shock I would think that it would react far worse.

People are looking too much into the Hoya and Clottey fights and to a certain extent the Cotto fight(the only one who came to win but is shopworn).

Cotto is done. He is a KO ready to happen at 154. Canello might be able to take him right now. Williams and Martinez would destroy him.

Freddie Roach is the reason that most of Pacquiao's victories are diminished........

Check this video from about the 2:50 mark till the end.....
This is Roach being interviewed on the night of the fight, right before Pacquiao steps into the ring with DLH.
