Would peak Foreman, Lewis, Holmes, and Ali make easy work of Tyson Fury?

He just doesn`t look that quick to me and Cooper was able to catch him often.

 

Peak Fury is not an easy fight for anyone in history despite the bull**** comparisons I have seen with the primitive and glacial Willard and Carnera on other forums.

The same old thing that I often read on Youtube, for example his namesake was KTFO 5 times and it would have been 6 but for an act of cannibal savagery. But rose coloured nostalgia makes him revered.

Fury in the twilght of his career and havung abused his body for many years has lost twice on a split decicion and points to a truly exeptional fighter in Usyk and both bouts were very close.

I expect the 185 pound Marciano would be favoured by some on here against a peak Fury.

After all a light heavyweight with glandular/health problems in Cockel was blown out by Rocky in 30 seconds, oh wait...

 

Fury at his best might not be easy work.

Fury of 2023-2024. is still debate whether he beat old Ngannou - he was put down by old Ngannou. and he was in trouble with old Usyk. Any great heavyweight would likely make easy work of this version of Fury.

 

Foreman and Lewis just hit too hard, had great jabs, and were excellent finishers. Wilder had one of those attributes.

Holmes and Ali would outpoint him eight out of ten times.

 

Crapper fighters than Fury went more than 2 rounds v Lewis and Foreman, Fury is so hard to hit in the head because of his height and long jab.

 

To me Foreman and Lewis would just cut off the ring on him. I see this being a bad match for Fury, whose chin was never the best, Wilder should have knocked him out that first fight (imo he did but that's another topic). Wilder couldn't finish. Foreman and Lewis could.

But that's just me.

 

Foreman was a better finisher than Wilder but he rarely scored one punch KO`s and Ali used holding, spoiling tactics to beat Foreman which Fury is a master at, he`s use his size to clinch and tire Foreman.
