Steward-era Lewis would rack up at least one knockdown and dominate the first 5 rounds. Then Joe starts smokin'.

    Frazier in 9.

Lewis is a terrible terrible matchup for Frazier. Too much size, too much power, too much ability.

As good as he was, the extra weight Lewis carried under Manny Steward, really only benefited the division as it was then and would have hurt him against Frazier

Before he was trained by Steward, Lennox always was too wide open for Frazier as well.

If we look at the question through the prism of who is "take down Lennox Lewis" it could lead to the answer - yes.
And if we look at the question through the prism of who is not "take down Lennox Lewis" - the answer is no.
But I think that the answer, not the question, should not be sought by looking through that (such) prism.
So I don't answer the question "who would win", but the question "Would Peak Joe Frazier take down Lennox Lewis?", and I answer with - no.
It is not specified whether Peak Joe Frazier is opposite Peak Lennox Lewis, but I also answer no.

Frazier is better than Tua,Holyfield or Morrison and they lasted long.
I pick Frazier but I won't ever bet on this one.

For an easy way to work out what happens simply turn to a results page in a boxing mag and where it says Foreman Ko2 Frazier, simply cross out Foreman and write Lewis.

Ya know picking Frazier by itself is fine, but listing guys like Morrison, and Tua -- guys who like Frazier had a great hook pretty much show that Lewis could neutralize this weapon. It's not like they had a good right hand, nor did Frazier for that matter! All you had to watch out for was the hook with Frazier. Right hands are punches that Lewis could be hit with as both times he was KO'd will show you. In a third case study, Lewis was badly rocked to the point of losing his legs ( which is worse than a flash knock down ) vs. V Klitschko as well which deserves consideration for a rarely scored 10-8 round. So if you are going to pick Frazier via KO, I wish some people who picked it would describe it within the way he fought. And what punch Lewis has trouble with.

If a boxing match broke out, Frazier has no chance. Like Morrison and Tua vs Lewis. And I say this liking Frazier better than Lewis.

Marciano,Lyle or Shavers would have better chance against Lewis than Frazier.

Lewis would have about 50 pounds on him and when you’re running at someone like that trying to have a tear up with them, parficularly somebody with the power and composure of a peak Lennox Lewis, yeah good luck

This is quite literally the worst argument I've ever seen on this forum which says a lot.

    Nope it isn't.
And since you don't like Frazier, Frazier is just better than Mercer,Tua or Holyfield.
He was more proven, more skillful, better heart and stamina.
He would not be scared like Tua to slug.

Then why you can't accept the fact that he was better than Tua,Morrison or Mercer?

I don't really see your argument Lewis beat Tua 12-0 and also destroyed Morrison in 6 rounds, so whether or not if Frazier is better than those two fighters. I don't see how those fights further your argument on a Frazier victory since Lewis beat both pretty easily.

And as for Mercer he gave Lewis trouble with his jab not really a weapon Frazier would use vs Lewis, and also Mercer is bigger and has a better chin than Frazier.
