No, and he might have got stopped himself with a right hand Fury is better than Price Said it all along
I think 'maybe' is probably the right answer. I think Price would have a pretty good chance. Johnson has a very, very good chin and rides punches well but he's not actually hard to hit. Thats a key distinction, because neither Vitali nor Fury are big KO punchers IMO. Johnson would have a much harder time surviving against Haye, Price or Wladimir who are probably the heaviest hitters out there.
If i was Price i would take Johnson straight after Thomson to make a statement, he would ko Johnson without a doubt IMO. The kind of fightner that Price needs to watch out for are head on chest pressure fighters, someone like Johnson with **** poor head movement and his poor attempt of a shoulder roll, is made for Price who would tee up on him and spark him.
Almost certainly IMO. But I still think both Price and Fury are vulnerable and as soon as the level steps up, IF they step up, there are about 3 fighters in the heavyweight division (its that rubbish of a division) that possess the ability to expose the flaws. In the future, I think you will see both put out cold. i think they can both take a decent punch, but to me, I dont mean to be mean, they are tough ****s, but they both look like mongs to me. And I think Haye would find a way of landing one on the chin, and both could be all over the place, same for Wlad. Vitali, I dont know, because he is declining, but if he stepped it up for one last hurrah, even he could put both Price and Fury in serious trouble. Its just the way their faces are and how they stand, I think both are asking for it IMO and both can be got at when they are matched up with guys who can throw heavyweight kind of punches and match their size. lad and Vitali offer that. Haye would use speed and awkardness, and a mixure of that and ring smart, would kill both IMO. Speed kills. They wont see the punch coming.
Difference is, Fury went in there clearly to box and take his time. So if your gonna fight that way, its no surprise if it goes the 12, your fighting conservatively, even if your fighting the right way to win the fight, and he cant be faulted about fighting that way, the boos are just from a bunch of zombies who want to see a blow out in round 1. They dont appreciate 12 rounds of boxing..... It seems Price goes in the ring with the sort of mentality that it is going to go into the later rounds, but then he ends up connecting early and its all over....he surprises himself when he lands the punch. Like WTF is this? Price has got scary power IMO, he genuinely doesnt even know how powerful he is, I dont think. One punch and it sends his opponent into reverse, its basically game set match as soon as he throws a punch with something behind it. The opponent just doesnt want anymore.....
