Can't see it. What we have with Johnson is a very defensively sound fighter who if and when you do hit him has a very good chin.

I think Price could win a shut out, but Johnson wont be stopped IMO.

Oh dear. Of course he wouldn't!

Johnson will NEVER taste the canvas. That's his USP.

He has an iron jaw and is ridiculously slick, defensively for a heavyweight.

Last year Price fought this Ukranian 5'10 dude who had never been stopped. But had lost a LOT.

A 7-17 record. Not a world title challenger like Kingpin with just ONE defeat to a Klitschko!

Price looked like he could have gone 50 rounds and not stopped him without 'intervention' :yep

I think Price fans need to take a real, proper look at who he has fought and beat. And then re-assess.

Haye would be punching up which would take away a lot of his power.

How anyone can heap any sort of praise at all on Johnson tonight is beyond me. He did NOTHING at all. He was here for his money and that is all, he wasnt here to win. Not even in the last few rounds where he was miles behind did he press the fight. A total no show.

All that said i thought Fury did really well took his time, boxed well and won the fight comfortably and moves on up.

Doubtful. KJ is a very well rounded operator. He knows how to not take to much punishment and fights very smart. He has a decent chin as well. KJ is a difficult fighter to deal with, he makes fighters look like sh*t due to his ring IQ.

Someone has KO% fever. Vitali ISN'T a massive puncher. He's an accumulation puncher. I reckon he's on the same p4p punch power level as Froch.

I think a better question is this?

Would Kevin Johnson simply, tuck up and walk forward taking David Price's shots on the gloves with zero damage? because thats what he did to Fury

Price would have flattened Johnson, anyone who stands there to be hit without head movement or returning fire will be KO'd by Price, its just that simple, his hands are way to heavy, Fury isn't light fisted, but he's not packing like Price

The praise Johnson is getting in this thread is simply ridiculous, the guy's shite!

A slick Heavyweight, this is an insult to the real slick HW's of yester year, Johnson is absolutely terrible
