Would prime Oscar De La Hoya be favored against all fighters from 135 to 154?

Oscar gets underrated from atg standpoint. How would he fair against the top guys from 135 to 154?

Fishnets was an overrated fighter. Not saying he was bad, just really overrated by many.

He would be right in the mix with today’s best but would get defeated by a couple of them. Especially if he decided to venture up to 160 like he did with Hopkins :)

Dont see anyone beating him. I think welterweight and Light MW level has gone down since the days of ODLH, Trinidad, Mosley, Vargas etc. Mayweather and Pac wouldnt beat a prime ODLH at welterweight. I know ima get a lot of s*it for my opinion bug bring it

True, but the DLH of the Vargas and Mayweather fight is better than any current 154 fighter right now..

Is he even rated top ten at any of those weights? I think he's probably only top ten rated at junior middleweight. Although, junior welter is historically weak and he could beat some guys there too.

I came late Oscar being from the UK I remember his Mosley and Floyd fights,so was this version of Oscar well past his best cause I thought he could of gotten the nod for both fights.
