Would Quarry really have been champion in any other era

    He fought in a stacked era, and even so, had some really good wins

    In a weak era, like the early 2000s when a journeyman like Ruiz could win an alphabet belt, prime Quarrey could certainly win one.

    Even in the mid 80s when the title was fragmented, he may have been good enough to win one.
