Hatton is just too many classes below Mayweather, Hatton himself and his fans have to just accept it and dont waste anyones time with a rematch.

PBF would beat Hatton's ass worse at 140. He was faster and threw more combos at that weight.:deal

What kind of a question is that? first off, Hatton is nowhere at the level of floyd. floyd stood toe to toe ( which is uncharacteristic of him) and beat hatton at his own dirty fighting. secondly, Hatton was never in control of the fight and the only reason he was landing shots was because Floyd was not backing off like he usually does. Floyd took it to hatton and took him out in a beautiful TKO. NO MORE OF THIS HATTON HAD A CHANCE AGAINST FLOYD ****

I guess we will see in the rematch, there are definetely alot of Hatton haters on ESB, If you base your response on the matchup as opposed to your own biased opinion, the answer is possibly, who knows. The facts are that Ricky was not allowed to fight and Cortez had a huge impact on the overall outcome. However in the end he did get KO'd. I think he could beat Floyd at 147 in a real boxing match without all the bs breaking, most of those on ESB who say he can't really just don't want him to because then they don't like his style and want to keep hating. I'm guilty of this with regards to Cotto, I wan't to see him lose because I don't like his style.

Hatton has no chance, remember Mayweather was just as willing to hold and grapple himself which sometimes led Cortez to have no choice to break them up cause there was way too much grabbing and clinching for a boxing match, and when they were actually fighting on the inside Hatton was still getting destroyed.

Mayweather beat Hatton at his own game, and if Mayweather fights his own game next time it will be TKO 6.

No but the fight would've been closer.

Make it at 140 instead of 147 and the fight becomes even closer still, almost even odds.

No. The referee was a bit quick to break them up at times, but Mayweather whooped Hatton's ass at the end of the day.
